Great Location!

We had an amazing time in St. John. Destination St. John was amazing! Our flights were delayed and I forgot to call to let them know… while we were in the taxi on the way from the airport to the ferry a gentleman (I cannot remember his name) called us asking which ferry we would be on. Destination St. John arranged the rental of our jeep and had it at the ferry station for us ready to go. After a quick lesson on the jeep, we followed our host to the condo. The condo was amazing! Better than the pictures depict it to be. It is the perfect location, walking distance to town (so we could get our coffee in the morning) and was very accessible to all of the roads that lead out to the various beaches. Destination St. John left a wonderful gift basket in the fridge which made us feel very welcome. We plan to return to St. John and would certainly book our trip through Destination St. John again!

Unbelieveable

Best vacation ever. The villa (Bougainvillea) exceeded all expectations. Beautiful furnishings, great layout, awesome kitchen and great views. The villa also provided beach chairs, cooler and beach towels. The rental company could not have been better from the first to last email. The greeter (Eric) who met us at the car barge was very pleasant and helpful. The bowl of deli meat and salads was a really nice touch.

Location was perfect… a short ten minute walk into Cruz Bay for restaurants and bars. We had a rental and explored the island and its beaches daily.

I can't say enough about how nice St John is.

Condos and everything Cruz Bay!

Just got back from staying at the Palm Terrace Villas for a friend's wedding in St.John. The condo was walking distance to bars, restaurants and shops. It had a nice view of the bay and a not so nice view of a muck filled lake. The pool at the condo was very small and had no view but it was nice to have on a drizzly day that tanked our beach options. We stayed in Bougainvillea. Rooms were broken down as such: king(w/view), two doubles and two singles. Each of the 3 rooms had their own bathrooms. Kitchen was well equipped and opened up to the living room. Condo also had linens, beach chairs, towels and a cooler. If you get a chance walk to the Beach Bar & look for Noah's Dinghy Rentals. The dinghy was by far the best way to see the island! We would stop and snorkel at all of the beaches they recommended, so beautiful!

LOVED IT!

Stayed here in May 2009 for my wedding.
Beautiful villas. Very quiet. Walk to town. Pool is small but who cares. Perfect for a dip.

Rooms are cozy and AC works great. Granite and stainless kitchens.
Upper Villas have a view out to salt pond and harbor.

Highly recommended

Palm Terrace Villas and Destination Saint John's are the best

This was are second time renting at the Palm Terrace. Two years ago we rented The Penthouse. It's huge but lacks the view of units Bougainvillea and Poolside Gardens. We had a group of up to 15 people with people coming and going over a three week period. The location on the island was great. It was easy for the divers to walk to Low Key's dive boats in the morning and for others to stroll in and out of town at all hours. We rented a 7-passenger jeep but for the most part took the taxis to the terrific beaches. This allowed everyone to come and go as they wanted. We ate out a lot of dinners but did use the grill a few times to cook fish and steaks. The Starfish Market was five minutes away. It was a great vacation for our extended family. Destination Saint John's (the property manager) came through for us one night when we locked the keys in one unit. They were the nicest people and came in open the door at after 10 PM in a few minutes. We look forward to being back here again.
