I loved everything about my vacation in St. John! The beaches are fabulous, and sunset views from the Blue Coral condo are absolutely gorgeous! I also loved being close to Cruz Bay and the many restaurant choices. Taking a dip in the pool after a day of snorkeling, grilling some steaks on the outside grill, and retreating to the sweet accommodations of Blue Coral all while watching the sinking rays of light reflect off the blue Caribbean waters is my kind of memorable vacation. One I hope to repeat in 2014!

Perfect! Perfect! Perfect!
When we chose this condo we werent really sure if we should stay in a hotel, rent a house or go the condo route. Well, we knocked it out of the park when we found Blue Coral… it is PERFECT. This is a beautifully decorated, modernly equipped, realtively new condo. Most importantly, it is within walking distance to transportation, shops, restaurants and bars. The beds are comfortable, it is impeccably clean and it has wifi, cable tv and a large tv. The porch off the great room and master bedroom overlook a wonderful island view. We have zero complaints and Blue Coral was much better than we expected. Soaking in a private palm shaded pool is a nice break from the beautiful beaches. We never needed a rental car!!! This is perfect for a St John vacation. We booked it again for March!!!

This Place is Great!
We are long time visitors and former vacation home owners in St. John. My family has vacationed on this wonderful island for literally, decades. We started in a hotel, graduated to villas then bought a home. After all that we realize that a villa is beautiful but being away from town has its limitations. The kids get restless and it involves alot of trips to and from town. It also involves more than one rental car. Blue coral is ideal! It is a lovely, fresh, well equipped and decorated place to hang your hat. There is a nice private pool and a beautiful view. The condo is spacious and it has all the modern conveniences of cable, wifi and a HUGE big screen tv yet it preserves the charm and elegance of a caribbean villa. I especially like that everything… I mean everything, is within walking distance… fine restaurants, jammin' beach bars, wonderful shops, grocery stores and safari cabs to take you to the most beautiful beaches in the world. Trust me… Blue Coral is a gem!!! We will definitely be back!!!

Perfect Venue for a Tropical Island Getaway — Particularly a Sequester Break
During the Oct 2013 USG shutdown, my wife and I decided to head to St. John, USVI. We ended up spending a week in this condo Blue Coral by the town of Cruz Bay. It turned out to be the perfect spot. Our high expectations based on the internet photographs were actually exceeded when we arrived and saw this beautiful and well-maintained property. The condo is on the top floor providing a wonderful view from the veranda. The furnishing and appliances were of the highest quality. The condo Blue Coral was maintained in an immaculate condition. We prepared several meals in the well equipped kitchen of the condo and used the deluxe gas grill down by pool area. The pool area was very quiet and private. Although we had a rental jeep to explore the island; we found ourselves walking down into Cruz Bay on several occasions to eat at the various restaurants there. I particularly recommend the Fish Trap Restaurant (especially their Seafood Jambalaya). There are also a number of bars and fun night spots down around the harbor area. These are all within walking distance of the Blue Coral Villas. They are close enough to walk to, but far enough away to not hear the noise. We have been to all three U.S. Virgin Islands on previous trips, and feel that St. John is the most beautiful and relaxing of them all. During our week, we visited a number of the beaches on the island and enjoyed some fabulous snorkeling. We took the underwater housing for our camera and got a number of great pictures of various fish, rays, sharks and even a pair of very friendly porpoises. We particularly recommend Waterlemon Bay Beach and snorkeling around Waterlemon Cay. We also enjoyed a great hike in the U.S. Virgin Islands National Park — the 2.2 mile Reef Bay Trail from Centerline Road down to the Reef Bay Sugar Plantation Ruins. On the hike back we diverted to the Petroglyph Trail and saw the ancient inscriptions on the rocks by the pool. We will most certainly head back to this condo complex again, possibly with family and friends, as it is very spacious and has three separate and very nicely furnished bedrooms. Without hesitation, we would recommend this property to anyone.

We had an amazing time in St. John. Destination St. John was amazing! Our flights were delayed and I forgot to call to let them know… while we were in the taxi on the way from the airport to the ferry a gentleman (I cannot remember his name) called us asking which ferry we would be on. Destination St. John arranged the rental of our jeep and had it at the ferry station for us ready to go. After a quick lesson on the jeep, we followed our host to the condo. The condo was amazing! Better than the pictures depict it to be. It is the perfect location, walking distance to town (so we could get our coffee in the morning) and was very accessible to all of the roads that lead out to the various beaches. Destination St. John left a wonderful gift basket in the fridge which made us feel very welcome. We plan to return to St. John and would certainly book our trip through Destination St. John again!

Best vacation ever. The villa (Bougainvillea) exceeded all expectations. Beautiful furnishings, great layout, awesome kitchen and great views. The villa also provided beach chairs, cooler and beach towels. The rental company could not have been better from the first to last email. The greeter (Eric) who met us at the car barge was very pleasant and helpful. The bowl of deli meat and salads was a really nice touch.
Location was perfect… a short ten minute walk into Cruz Bay for restaurants and bars. We had a rental and explored the island and its beaches daily.
I can't say enough about how nice St John is.

We stayed in Poolside Gardens which is on the top floor and the view was very good. I think only the top floors (Pride's Paradise and Poolside Gardens) have the views and the vaulted ceilings. The location was great because we were able to walk to the restaurants at night. We rented a car to drive to the beaches and hking trails. Palm Terrace was new and clean everything seemed to work except the wifi. The place was clean and the loghts were on when we arrived. The only way it could have been better is if they had a rum punch waiting for us.

Condos and everything Cruz Bay!
Just got back from staying at the Palm Terrace Villas for a friend's wedding in St.John. The condo was walking distance to bars, restaurants and shops. It had a nice view of the bay and a not so nice view of a muck filled lake. The pool at the condo was very small and had no view but it was nice to have on a drizzly day that tanked our beach options. We stayed in Bougainvillea. Rooms were broken down as such: king(w/view), two doubles and two singles. Each of the 3 rooms had their own bathrooms. Kitchen was well equipped and opened up to the living room. Condo also had linens, beach chairs, towels and a cooler. If you get a chance walk to the Beach Bar & look for Noah's Dinghy Rentals. The dinghy was by far the best way to see the island! We would stop and snorkel at all of the beaches they recommended, so beautiful!

Stayed here in May 2009 for my wedding.
Beautiful villas. Very quiet. Walk to town. Pool is small but who cares. Perfect for a dip.
Rooms are cozy and AC works great. Granite and stainless kitchens.
Upper Villas have a view out to salt pond and harbor.

Palm Terrace Villas and Destination Saint John's are the best
This was are second time renting at the Palm Terrace. Two years ago we rented The Penthouse. It's huge but lacks the view of units Bougainvillea and Poolside Gardens. We had a group of up to 15 people with people coming and going over a three week period. The location on the island was great. It was easy for the divers to walk to Low Key's dive boats in the morning and for others to stroll in and out of town at all hours. We rented a 7-passenger jeep but for the most part took the taxis to the terrific beaches. This allowed everyone to come and go as they wanted. We ate out a lot of dinners but did use the grill a few times to cook fish and steaks. The Starfish Market was five minutes away. It was a great vacation for our extended family. Destination Saint John's (the property manager) came through for us one night when we locked the keys in one unit. They were the nicest people and came in open the door at after 10 PM in a few minutes. We look forward to being back here again.
